Innate energies, Capacities and Change Cycles
Imagine Life to be like a game of poker, sitting at a table, surrounded by other players, each dealt a unique set of cards representing the circumstances and opportunities given in life. In poker, we don’t have control over the initial cards we receive; similar to we don’t have control over the destiny with which we are born with. Destiny refers to the innate energies that we are born with and the change cycles we will encounter in life. These change cycles, such as luck and year cycles, are like subsequent cards dealt to us without our choice or prior knowledge of what is coming.
Know Your Destiny and Manage It
The goal of Destiny Analysis is to know your destiny and to manage it accordingly. Using BA ZI as an example, this method of destiny analysis utilizes a calendar system to establish a baseline for an individual’s destiny using their birth date and time. This baseline is analogous to the initial two cards received in a poker game. As time is sequential, the calendar system can anticipate and pre-empt the energy that will come based on the subsequent years, months, days, and hour following the individual’s birth date, similar to card counting in poker. It aims to pre-empt and analyse these energy change cycles and navigate through life with the BA ZI Chart (an energy map or ‘destiny map’).
While we still do not have a choice over our destiny, the difference here is we can have prior knowledge of what is coming and can make informed choices accordingly. Below are some applications of Destiny Analysis:

Divination and Probability Mathematics
Chinese Metaphysics Divination methods such as I CHING, QI MEN DUN JIA, ZI WEI DUO SHU or MEI HUA YI SHU shares fundamental principles with Probability Mathematics- the branch of mathematics that deals with quantifying and analysing uncertainty.
Sample Space, Complete Possibilities, The Event and Outcome
Using I CHING as an example. The I CHING embodies a sample space comprised of sixty-four six hexagrams (mixture of six continuous line or broken lines), which represents the complete range of potential outcomes of an event. This sample space encapsulates the complete possibilities that can manifest. Within this sample space, we specific the event that we query and draws six lines at random which will correspond to an individual hexagram. This hexagram signifies a distinct and particular outcome of the event.
By drawing parallels between Divination Methods and Probability Mathematics, we can appreciate their common ground is to quantify and analyse uncertainty. Both disciplines offer a framework for comprehending and evaluating the likelihood of different outcomes. The difference here is Mathematics employs mathematical principles and calculations while divination methods utilise symbolic interpretations and intuitive insights to provide guidance and understanding.
Law of Attraction and Element of Chance
The first divination method that I knew of was the use of Moon Blocks or JIAO BEI at altar tables and with a combination of Fortune Sticks QIU QIAN at some place of worship. In my younger days, I used to doubt if the number of fortune sticks were even a complete set in the cylinder container when I see people use them.
Chinese Metaphysics divination actually requires the inquirer to connect with the energy of the event in order for the outcome to be accurate. This is where the law of attraction comes into play. Divine is to gain a deep understanding so the inquirer has to be clear on the query before seeking understanding. The clearer the question or the more the inquirer wants to know or think about the event, the more accurate would be the outcome.
The Element of Chance refers to the occurrence of events or outcomes that are unpredictable, random, or beyond human control. Things that happen without a specific cause or intention. The idea here is if you are connected to the energy of your query, it does not really matter if the container is missing or has additional fortune stick. It may be through this element of chance that the outcome of the event is revealed to you. Below are some applications of Divination

The physical layout, orientation and its surroundings are also be examined to determine how energy is flowing through the environment. The aim is to identify any imbalances or blockages that may be negatively affecting the harmony and balance of the environment or overall quality of life.
Space Alignment with Individual
Other factors are also considered, including the building’s architectural features, the placement of furniture and objects, the use of colors, the arrangement of rooms, and the interaction between the space and its external environment. BA ZI and Heaven Energy in the Cosmic Trinity
BA ZI is a Destiny Analysis method that uses the YIN YANG theory, Five Elements theory, HSIA Calendar System and Birth Data to analyse an individual’s destiny. Destiny refers to the Heaven Energy in the Cosmic Trinity or an individual’s Innate Energy (Potential).
BA ZI Structure and HSIA Calendar System
A BA ZI Chart is created from an individual’s Birth Year, Month, Date and Hour (Birth Data) using the HSIA Calendar System which dates back a few thousand years to the SHANG dynasty. The calendar system uses Ten Heaven Stems and Twelve Earth Branches to represent Year, Month, Day and Hour. Each denomination is a pillar in the BA ZI chart represented by a character from Ten Heaven Stems on the top of the pillar and a character from Twelve Earth Branches at the bottom. This is why the method is known as BA ZI in Chinese because of the Eight Characters in the chart or otherwise known as SI ZHU or the FOUR PILLARS OF DESTINY because of the four pillars.
Ten Heaven Stems and Twelve Earth Branches
The Ten Heaven Stems and Twelve Earth Branches also represents the celestial and terrestrial energy. Each of the Ten Heaven Stems (JIA, YI, BING, DING, WU, JI, GENG, XIN, REN, GUI) and Twelve Earth Branches (ZI, CHOU, YIN, MAO, CHEN, SI, WU, WEI, SHEN, YOU, XU, HAI) is either YIN or YANG and also belongs to one of the Five Elements (Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth). The Ten Heaven Stems and Twelve Earth Branches each represents an aspect (Intellect, Strength, Productivity, Wants, Responsibility etc) in an individual’s BA ZI Chart. The Elements’s quantity correspond to capacity and quality to strength like an energy map in destiny analysis.
Dynamics of YIN YANG and Five Elements
The Five Elements do not remain static in a BA ZI Chart. They interact with each other within the chart and also with the Elements brought by each year, month, day, hour and the individual’s Luck Cycle. Below are the main interactions between the elements. The Elements quantity changes and quality fluctuates when they interact with each other. These changes and fluctuation are used to forecast the peak and low season of each aspect in an individual’s destiny or their optimal time in a person’s life time.

Signification in FENG SHUI
FENG SHUI uses the concept of the Four Celestial Animals to signify the characteristics of an ideal FENG SHUI landscape in ancient China. The Black Tortoise being a sturdy animal positioned at the back symbolises the need for reliable support. The Green Dragon and White Tiger renowned for their ferocity, stand guard on the left and the right to safeguard the Qi. It is to emphasise the significance of preserving the flow of Qi. Lastly, the presence of the Phoenix at the front represents an unobstructed and welcoming entrance.
If the landscape around a property has structures that bears physical similarities to the Four Celestial Animals, it signifies that the property has the characteristic of a ideal FENG SHUI landscape.
Signification in BA ZI
Each element (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water) in the BA ZI chart signify specific qualities, characteristics, and symbolism. For example, if Fire were to represent the Self Element (the Individual), then Wood will be associated with the individual’s mother, support, intelligent (input) because Wood give birth to Fire based on the cycle of birth. The element can be further taken to represent growth and creativity by literally the characteristic of a plant. Understanding these element associations helps in interpreting a person’s personality traits, strengths, and weaknesses.
BA ZI Analysis also relies on the Five Element Theory, which the dynamic relationships between the elements such as the generating cycle, controlling cycle, or weakening cycle help to analyze the balance or imbalance of elements in the chart and provide further insights into a person’s characteristics and potential outcomes. The combination of elements in the chart also creates symbolic representation of an individual’s life and provide insights into various aspects of a person’s life, such as career, relationships, health, and overall destiny.

‘ZANG SHU’, Book of Burial
FENG SHUI is a well known Chinese Metaphysics for its ability to creates “harmonious” and “balanced” environment”. However, its origins is traced back to an ancient text that is focused on burial customs and the selection of burial sites.
One of the earliest written records on FENG SHUI is the ‘ZANG SHU’, also known as the Book of Burial authored by GUO PU during the JIN Dynasty. This book delves into a person’s energy (Qi) after death, while emphasising the significance of environmental factors and the surrounding landscape of burial grounds, benefiting both the departed and their descendants. It is the reason behind the emphasis on the importance of burial ground although FENG SHUI is seemingly for the living. The following are the key principles which greatly influence most of the FENG SHUI Methods in practice today:
1. An eternal bond exists between ancestors and their descendants because of their relation by blood and bone. The descendent will shares the good or suffer the bad fortune as their ancestor much like they inherit their genetics.
2. Through their bones, the departed tap into the earth’s Energy ( QI) for transition to the next stage in the Universe. This completion of the cycle is considered a good fortune in Chinese culture.
3. Therefore, it is crucial to find a conducive ground where the remains can decompose completely to absorb the QI.
4. Landform guides the movement of QI. The process of tracing the QI is know as Seeking The Dragon (XUN LONG). Where QI gathers is the chosen burial site which the selection process is call Acupoint (DIAN XUE).
5. Qi disperses with the wind, while water aids in its retention.
‘KAN YU’ and ‘FENG SHUI’
In the early stages, this Art was known as KAN YU because the work was focused on landform and environmental factors. KAN YU gained popularity because of the belief that it can enhance the good fortune of the living and started to be integrated into the design of cities and palaces from TANG to the QING Dynasty and to its application today. However, over these generations, the term “KAN YU” became less known with urbanisation while “FENG SHUI” which literally means Wind and Water popularised because of the knowledge on the importance of QI retention was widespread. FENG SHUI or KAN YU, they ultimately share the goal of creating a “harmonious” and “balanced” environment which good FENG SHUI is a conducive environment that enhance the well-being, prosperity, success and other aspects of life for the occupants.
Two Main Schools of FENG SHUI
Most of the FENG SHUI Practice today follows the principles from ZANG SHU and are split ito two main schools, the Form School (XING SHI PAI) and the Compass School (LUO PAN PAI). The former focuses on landscape features compliance with Landform Theories, while the latter is concerned with the study of Energy Flow (QI) within a space. Both the Form and the Compass School have their unique techniques. Many FENG SHUI practitioners incorporate elements from both schools in their analyses and recommendations, depending on the specific needs and circumstances of a space.
XUN LONG and DIAN XUE Theory
It is observed that there is a difference in modern day FENG SHUI practice. Most people would have already built, purchased or leased their property before they seek FENG SHUI consultation which is not the most beneficial. This may be due to the misconception that FENG SHUI is just about the interior arrangement and colours. Ideally, FENG SHUI consultation should be seek before purchase, build, rebuild or renovate to have a personalised advice of what one should be looking for to be able to fully benefit from the XUN LONG and DIAN XUE Theory.

现代风水实践中存在一些差异。大部份人在寻求风水咨询之前已经建造、购买或租赁了他们的物业，这并不是最有益的做法。这可能是因为对风水的误解，认为它只涉及室内布局和颜色。理想情况下，在购买物业，兴建，重建或装修之前应寻求风水咨询，以对自己应该寻找的物业有个人化的建议，以便能够充分受益于寻龙点穴理论。
The Cosmic Trinity Heaven, Earth and Men Cosmic Energy in Chinese Metaphysics are the Three Key Factors that decides a person’s life. It is not a concept that belongs solely to Chinese Metaphysics but can be found in many beliefs. So what is Heaven, Earth and Men Cosmic Energy?
I had a classmate who was very talkative in class during my school days and my English teacher used to tell him that he needed to learn to do the right thing at the right time and at the right place. It only occurred to me that her advice back then bears similarity to the Cosmic Trinity when I was studying this topic.
Heaven – Right Time
Earth – Right Place
Men – Right Thing
But how do they affect to a person’s life and how then do we know when is the right time, where is the right place and what is the right thing to do? Chinese Metaphysics has the below corresponding theories to help us find out.
Heaven (Destiny, Luck) – Potential Intellect, Strength, Productivity, Wants, Responsibility Energy etc (Optimal time)
Destiny is the potential innate energies and their capacities that a person is born with. Luck is the transition cycle of these energies and from their interaction with Destiny, we can know the PEAK and LOW season of the energies or the optimal time in a person’s life time. Destiny and Luck are denoted by “time” and nothing can be done to change time. However, a person can time his endeavours with these information.
Earth (FENG SHUI) – House, Workplace, Social Circles etc (Environment)
FENG SHUI is the energy level and physical attributes of an environment. We can check the energy level of a place and for the right attributes if it supports a person’s destiny using FENG SHUI theories.
Men (Merit, Study) – Morals, Virtues, Ethics, Knowledge, Skills etc (Take Action)
Merit are accumulation of good and bad deeds and Study refers to the effort put in or how hard a person works towards his future and his choices in life.
In summary, each of the Three Key factor contributes 33.3% to affect a person’s future. Destiny cannot be changed but life and your future can be improved by changing the environment, take action and work hard especially if you know the optimal time that maximises advantage and minimise the disadvantage. As the saying “Opportunity is for those who are ready”.
宇宙三元天地人能量一体是中华易学中决定人一生的三要素。它并不是一个仅属于中华易学的概念，而是可以在许多信仰中找到。那么天地人到底是什么？
在我上学时期，有一个非常喜欢在班上讲话的同学，我的英语老师曾经告诉他，他需要学会在正确的时间和正确的地点做正确的事情。多年后我在学习易学时，才想到她对这位同学的建议与宇宙三位一体的相似之处。
天 – 正确的时间
地 – 正确的地方
人 – 正确的事
但它们如何影响一个人的未来，我们又如何知道什么时候是正确的时间，哪里是正确的地点，什么是正确的事情？易学有以下相应的理论帮助我们找到答案。
天（命，运）- 智力, 能力，生产力，欲望，责任潜能等（最佳时间）
命是一个人与生俱来的内在潜能和容量。运就是这些能量的转换周期，从它们与命运的相互作用，我们可以知道一个人一生中这些能量的旺季和淡季或最佳时间。命运是由“时间”代表的，我们无法改变时间。但是，一个人可以用这些信息来计时他的努力。
地（风水）- 房屋，工作场所，社交圈等（环境）
风水也是环境的能量水平和属性。我们可以根据风水理论检查环境的能量水平和正确的属性，是否它支持一个人的命运。
人（积德，读书）- 道德，美德，知识，技能等（行动）
积德是善行和恶行的累积，读书是指一个人为他的未来付出的努力或努力程度和在生命中做的选择。
总而言之，三大要素各占33.3%。我们无法改变命运，但是一个人可以通过改变环境，行动和努力来改善自己的生活和未来，特别是当你知道什么时候是最佳时机以达到趋吉避凶。正所谓“机会是给有准备的人”。
Two Polarities
The interchange of energy in the TAI JI created two equal but opposite extreme sets of energy known as “YIN” (the largest shade of black) and “YANG” (the largest shade of white). YIN energy is represented by a broken line and YANG energy a continuous line in Chinese Metaphysics. The philosophy behind YIN YANG is the need for balance and with balance harmony can be achieved even in the most extreme of things. For example the words “Yes” and “No” need and will be meaningless without each other but they are the extreme opposite and at the same time balances each other, similar for the 1s and 0s in the binary code and the need for both day light and night fall.
Four Phases
During the transition of the interchange between YIN and YANG, two additional energy phases are created. The additional energy phases are represented with the stacking of one YIN and one YANG LINE on top of the YIN and YANG baselines. In this time, YIN is lessen by YANG, represented by Less YIN, YANG is lessen by YIN, represented by Less YANG. A second philosophy here is nothing is perfect and within YIN there is YANG and within YANG there is YIN denoted by the white dot in the black patch and the black dot in the white patch within the TAI JI symbol. The transition from one extreme to another can also be generated from the black dot in the white patch and the white dot in the black patch in the TAI JI. The Four Phases at this stage are four energy phases denoted by “Water”, “Wood”, “Fire” and “Metal” and also translate to the four main directions North, East, South and West respectively in Chinese Metaphysics.
Eight Sectors
The Four Phases are further broken into the Eight Sectors to see further transition phases of the energy interchange. With the next stack of lines on top of the two baselines, a fifth energy phase denoted by “Earth”. We have the FIVE ELEMENTS now “Water”, “Wood”, “Fire”, “Earth” and “Metal” and another four directions, Northwest, Northeast, Southwest and Southeast making the Eight Sectors (N, S, E, W, NW, NE, SW and SE) and the Chinese Compass is complete. These Eight Sectors are also known as the base EIGHT TRIGRAMS KAN, LI, ZHEN, DUI, QIAN, GEN, KUN, XUN that represent the Cosmic Energy transition in Heaven, Earth and Men forms the foundation of BA ZI, FENG SHUI and DIVINATION.
Sixty Four Hexagrams
We can see additional details are provided with each level of energy breakdown starting from YIN YANG to the EIGHT TRIGRAM when we stack more lines on top of YIN YANG. In I CHING, the BOOK OF CHANGE which is believed to include all possible permutation of any worldly affair; the Eight Trigrams is stack on top of each other to form the Sixty Four Hexagram to see even more granular details for higher divination details and accuracy. The Sixty Four Hexagrams structure is a resemblance to the 64 bit computing architecture.

四象
在阴阳转换的过程中，会产生两个额外的能量阶段。额外的能量阶段以在阴阳基线之上叠加一根阴线和一根阳线来表示。在此期间，阴减阳，以少阴为代表，阳减阴，以少阳为代表。阴中有阳，阳中有阴，由太极符号中黑色补丁中的白点和白色补丁中的黑点表示。从一个极端到另一个极端的过渡也可以从太极中的白斑中的黑点和黑斑中的白点产生。这个阶段的四相是指“水”，“木”，“火”，“金”的四个能量相，在中华玄学中也分别译为北，东，南，西四个主要方位。
八卦
四象进一步分为八卦，以查看能量交换的进一步过渡阶段。下一组线位于两条基线之上，第五个能量阶段由“土”表示。我们现在有了五行，“水”，“木”，“火”，“土”和“金”，另外四个方向，西北、东北、西南和东南构成八个方位，完成中华指南针里的八个方向 (北，南，东，西，西北，东北，西南和东南)。这八个方位也被称为基本八卦 坎，离，震，兑，乾，艮，坤，巽。代表宇宙的天，地，人能量转换，是八字、风水和占卜易学的基础。
六十四卦
当我们在阴阳之上堆叠更多线条时，我们可以看到从阴阳到八卦的每个能量分解级别都提供了额外的细节《易经》被认为包括任何世俗事物的所有可能排列；八卦相互堆叠形成六十四卦，以查看更精细的细节以实现高占卜准确性。六十四卦结构与64位计算架构有相似之处。
Cornerstone of Chinese Metaphysics
The above is the symbol of TAI JI. The TAI JI symbol holds deep significance as the cornerstone of all Chinese Metaphysics subjects.
It is important to note that TAI JI, despite often being mistakenly linked to religious symbolism, predates religion itself, with origins dating back to 1300 BCE. This symbol embodies the fundamental concepts of balance and perpetual energy changes.
YIN YANG
One illustrative example is its representation of balance and transition between Day and Night, originating from the 12 o’clock position of the symbol. At this point, the largest shade of white symbolizes midday, representing brightness and heat. Progressing clockwise towards midnight (moving downward towards the 6 o’clock position), brightness and heat gradually give way to darkness and coldness, portrayed by the largest shade of black. This cyclic pattern perpetually repeats, encapsulating the essence of the YIN YANG Theory in Chinese Metaphysics.
Energy Cannot Be Created or Destroyed
The perpetual energy change in YIN YANG theory bears similarity to Albert Einstein’s characterization of energy states that it cannot be created or destroyed but rather transformed from one form to another. According to the Cambridge Dictionary, science is defined as the systematic study of the structure and behavior of the natural and physical world, encompassing knowledge acquisition through careful observation and experimentation. From my perspective, I find that there is an element of science in the TAI JI Symbol as it effectively represent the structure and behavior of energy of the natural and physical world.

以上是太极符号，太极是中华易学所有学科的基石具有深远的意义。
值得注意的是，太极尽管经常被错误地与宗教象征联系在一起，但其起源可追溯到公元前1300年，早于宗教本身。该符号体现了平衡和永恒能量变化的基本概念。
阴阳
一个生动的例子是白天和黑夜的平衡与之间过渡中的代表性表达，起源于符号的12点钟位置。在这个位置，最大的白色阴影象征着正午，代表着明亮和炎热。顺时针方向逐渐向午夜移动（向6点钟位置下降），明亮和炎热逐渐让位于黑暗和寒冷，由最大的黑色阴影所描绘。这个循环模式永恒地重复，概括了中华易学中的阴阳理论的本质。
能量不能被创造或销毁

In Chinese Metaphysics, Good Destiny is about Balance and Completeness. Using BA ZI as an example, a Good Destiny needs a balanced number of YIN YANG and Five Elements in an individual’s chart. Diagram 1 is a pictorial representation of a Fire person’s BA ZI chart with balanced Five Elements that is represented by Self (Fire), Productivity (Earth), Wants (Metal), Responsibility (Water), Intellect (Wood). What Diagram 1 signifies is
Self -> With Ability -> Generate Wealth -> Manage Wealth Responsibly -> Continuous Self Improvement-> Cycle completes and continues…
The concept of a balanced chart varies from what most people have in mind which is Good Wealth Luck = Good Destiny, the bigger the $ sign the better. There is no doubt about the importance of money here but to have a bigger $ sign means, some other element will be compromised because the number of elements in a chart is finite. This will throw the chart off balance. What Diagram 2 signifies is if the Productivity element is taken away to make the $ sign bigger:
The result will be:
1. There is a lost of Ability to generate Wealth.
2. Self will “attack” the Wants (refer to the cycle of destruction in the BA ZI article) without earth to facilitate the generative cycle and exhaust itself in the long run to a point that it may eventually diminish.
There is a BA ZI theory to this kind of BA ZI configuration which is “More Wealth will Weaken Self”.
An important point to note is the above is an example of only one type of BA ZI configuration. It is to show that it is not necessary that a bigger $ sign will mean it is a Good Destiny. Having a bigger $ sign is not always bad (it is not always the Productivity element that gets removed like in the example). Whether it will be good (rich) or bad (bad for self) is dependent on the overall configuration of a BA ZI chart.
Not everyone is born or needs a big $ sign to have a Good Destiny. As seen in the above example Wealth can be generate by the Ability and similarly by other elements. Everyone’s Destiny Configuration, Environment and Choices can be different. Importantly is to know yours and turn it into a Good Destiny.

Do you know your own Destiny?
在中华易学中，好命运的本质就是平衡和圆满的。以八字为例，一个好命运需有平衡的阴阳和五行数量。图示一是火命人五行平衡的八字表达，代表了自我 (火), 生产力 (土), 欲望 (金), 控制 (水), 智慧 (木)。图示一表示的是：
自我 -> 拥有能力 -> 创造财富 -> 负责任地管理财富 -> 不断提升自我-> 周圆满而复始…
这个平衡命盘的概念与大多数人所想的“好财运=好命运，$ 符号越大越好”的观念不同。这里并不否认金钱的重要性，但是要拥有更大的 $ 符号，就意味着其他元素的妥协因为元素数量是固定的。这使命盘失去平衡。图示二表示的是，例如我们拿走生产力元素以增加欲望元素：
结果将会是：
1. 能力减少，无法生产财富。
2. 自我将“攻击”欲望 (请参考八字文章中的相克循环) 因为土不在协助相生遁环，并在长期中耗尽自身，可能最终衰减。
八字理论对于这种组合，称为“财多身弱”。
要注意的一点, 以上只是一种八字组合的示例，旨在说明 $ 符号更大并不总是意味着好的命运。，拥有大 $ 符号也并非总是坏事（并非被减少的一定是生产力元素）。是好（富有）还是坏（对自己不利）取决于一个八字的整体配置。
并不是每个人出生或需要大量的 $ 符号才能拥有良好的命运。 如上例所示，财富可以通过能力元素生产，类似地可以通过其他元素产生。 每个人的命运配置、环境和选择都可能不同。 重要的是了解你的命运并将其转化为好的命运。。

你知道自己的命运吗？
There is a common question among us, “If BA ZI is authentic, shouldn’t all people born in the same two hours on the same date (having the same BA ZI Chart) share the same fate?
The fact is, not everyone, including twins born with the same BA ZI Chart will end up with the same fate.
BA ZI analyses the Potential but cannot account for the individual’s Environment and Actions.
Potential or innate energy is only one part of the Cosmic Trinity. For example, consider a child with exceptional intellect in their BA ZI chart. If they are born in a less developed environment, they may not even have the opportunity to attend school lest have a chance at attaining a scholarship. However, it remains true that this child possesses exceptional intellect and have easy comprehension of things for example. On the other hand, another child with the same Birth Chart, but born in a more favorable environment where they have the opportunity to attend school and work hard, may succeed academically.
A Destiny Consultant cannot see beyond the BA ZI chart into the past, present or future. This is why in a Destiny Consultation, it is imperative for the inquirer to engage in a dialogue and share facts and life experiences similar to any other form of consultation. This aids the consultant in validating their analysis and maximise the effectiveness of the consultation process. Otherwise it will be irresponsible to conclude on someone’s life danger or spouse having an affair much like a fortune teller even if it shows up in a BA ZI Chart.
The above is one of natural blind spots in BA ZI. There are a few more I will share, but I remain confident that BA ZI is one of the most reliable Destiny Analysis Methods.
BA ZI analysis focuses solely on an individual’s destiny
There is also a question of why having a good destiny doesn’t automatically guarantee someone’s success. Using the same example of the child with exceptional intellect, while they may be very bright, they may not necessarily be the best in school because there is always the possibility of another child in school with a better Destiny. In this aspect, one can only live his life to the fullest by knowing and maximising his own potential rather than comparing themselves to others.
Birth Data can be inaccurate
The entire basis of a BA ZI Analysis relies on accurate Birth Data. If an inquirer provides an inaccurate Birth Data, the analysis will be incorrect as the Destiny does not belongs to them. Inquirers may be certain of their Birth Data but inaccuracies may happened in their birth data without their knowledge. These inaccuracies may occur due to healthcare policies on birth time record or difficult childbirth labor which happens quite often especially for the firstborn.
BA ZI uses the HSIA Calendar that is based on Solar Time (time based on the actual Sun position) which may not necessary be the same time that we use everyday. In many countries, time has been adjusted due to daylight savings or economic needs. For instance, in Singapore, the time have been changed at least four times in the last hundred year.
Sometimes the birth data provided by the inquirer has to be adjusted a few times before getting to the correct destiny.
A Good Destiny is not as Good as having Good Luck and Good Luck is not as Good as having a Good Year
Despite being told they have a good destiny, some inquirers may not feel as if they do. It will be challenging for someone to provide a conclusive answer if their entire life destiny has been consistently positive or negative. It would be slightly easier to obtain a response by asking about their experiences in the recent decade. And for a more specific and precise response, inquiring about their experiences in the immediate past year would allow them to provide a clearer answer. Similarly, in Destiny Analysis, it is not possible to summarize a BA ZI chart as having either a good or bad destiny. It largely depends on when and which aspect of the destiny is being considered. As the saying goes, “Every dog will have his day.” It may be worthwhile to consult on a yearly basis or as necessary to obtain a more specific and precise analysis.
我们之间有一个常见的问题，“如果八字是真的，那么同一个日期、同一个两小时出生的人（具有相同的八字命盘）不是应该有相同的命运吗？
事实上，并不是每个人，包括八字命盘相同的双胞胎，都会有同样的命运。

八字分析只关注个人的命运

出生数据可能不准确
