If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website, engage our service or purchase any product.
The term ‘Company Name’ or ‘Abbreviated Name’ or ‘Alternative Name’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose Singapore registered business name is ONG FENG SHUI. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:
• The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

Consultation Service
• All communication on consultation booking and appointment time will be through email communication with consultation@ongfengshui.com.sg after online booking has been completed on ongfengshui.com.sg.
• Online BA ZI Analysis Consultation is for the analysis of one client’s Birth Data only.
• The duration for Online BA ZI Analysis Consultation is 30 minutes and only extendable at the consultant’s discretion.
• Online Chinese Name Selection Consultation is for the analysis of one client’s Birth Data only.
• The duration for Online Chinese Name Selection Consultation is 30 minutes and only extendable at the consultant’s discretion.
• Online Date Selection Consultation is for the analysis of one event only.
• The duration for Online Date Selection Consultation is 30 minutes and only extendable at the consultant’s discretion.
• Onsite FENG SHUI Audit Consultation is for the audit of one completed property address only. For the avoidance of doubt, completed property refers to property that has been issued with a Temporary Occupation Permit(TOP) or a Certificate of Statutory Completion(CSC).
• The duration stated for Onsite FENG SHUI Audit Consultation is an estimation and is at the consultant’s discretion.
• We will allow you to cancel booking at no charge up to 24 hours before your appointment time.
• There will be no refund of consultation fee if booking is cancelled from 24 hours before your appointment time.
• We will cancel the appointment if you reschedule your booking more than once. Reschedule includes you cancel booking and there will be no refund of consultation fee.
• We are committed to ensure our client’s positive experience but due to unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right at any time to reschedule your appointment.
• Failure to arrive by you at the online meeting at the appointment time will be treated as no-show. There will be no refund of consultation Fee in the event of no-show.
• Failure to arrive by you onsite at the property address at the appointment time will be treated as no-show. There will be no refund of consultation fee in the event of no-show.
Refund and Exchange of Product and Service
Several types of product and service are exempted from refund and exchange. Consultation and Course Fees cannot be refunded or exchanged. Additional non-returnable items:
• Sales items
• Gift cards
• Life Style Accessories
• Downloadable Information and Software
Our refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer any refund or exchange.
Refund for Product
Please check your product before signing over from the courier or delivery. We only make refund for products if they are defective or damaged at delivery. Do not take delivery of the product if it is defective or damaged at delivery.
To be eligible for refund, we require the return of the product. The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging when the product is returned to us.
Contact us at sales@ongfengshui.com.sg with the receipt or proof of purchase for your refund.
Once your return of product is received and inspected, we will reply your email to notify you that we have received the returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund to your credit card will be applied or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
• Any product not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or missing refunds
• If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
• If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@ongfengshui.com.sg.
Exchange of Product
Please check your product before signing over from the courier or delivery. We only make exchange for products if they are defective or damaged on delivery or wrong product delivered. Do not take delivery of the product if it is defective or damaged or wrong product at delivery.

产品和服务的退款换货
几种类型的产品和服务免于退换货。咨询费和课程费不能退款或交换。其他不可退货的物品：
• 销售项目
• 礼品卡
• 生活方式配饰
• 可下载的信息和软件
我们的退款和换货政策持续三十天。如果您购买已过去三十天，我们将无法提供任何退款或换货。
产品退款
请在从快递员或送货员签收之前检查您的产品。我们只会为在产品交付时被发现有缺陷或损坏而退款。如果产品在交付时有缺陷或损坏，请勿收货。
